Maxi 20ft Sail Boat - Fast and Fun Trailer Sailer in SAFETY BAY, Western Australia for sale

Great fun and sailing boat. The fixed keel makes this boat strong and sails well in strong winds.
We've sailed to Rotnest and back a few times in this boat - no bother.
We have had this boat for ~12 years. Only selling now to upgrade to a Macgregor 26' for more cabin space - but this Maxi is a far better sailer and way stronger.
I've installed a sink and a cabinet inside. Can sleep two people.
With its higher mast, this boat is faster than a red witch. The hull is similar to a Red witch. Made in WA for our conditions (strong Sea Brease).
Easy sailing with just the Furling Genoa if you like (see picture). These days I don't even bother with the Mail sail when I'm just crusing about. But the Main and a job is included if you are going to race.

You don't need a skippers ticket when only on Sail. You do if using the 8HP motor.
