Can be repainted to new condition. 3 of the tyres are poor. 2 tyres are only 20% or less worn..ie 80% tread remaining -so are in good condition. as second hand tyrs probably worth at least $50 ea making the cost of 5 rims only $50 total for 5 ie $10 ea. scrap metal murchants will pay that for mags
