Silverstone LC13 HTPC Complete

Up for sale is my slightly modified (purely to achieve silent day to day operation) HTPC.
Only selling as I am buying a house in the coming months so have to cut back on a few luxuries.
I have just reinstalled a blank copy of windows 8.1 for demo purposes, along with a few media centre apps to show what it can do, is currently connected to show that everything works.
Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4ghz CPU
Corsair Ram - 4gb (this amount was borderline for windows 7 but windows 8 is more than happy with 4gb ram)
Asus Motherboard (can’t remember the exact specs, but runs the old CPU socket and ddr2 socket so would need upgraded if looking for newer specs)
Power Supply – Corsair TX750w (way overspecced for the hardware currently being run, but means you will not need to upgrade anytime soon)
Geforce GTX610 passive cooled discrete graphics card (motherboard comes with built in hdmi but I wasn’t happy with the audio out via HDMI abilities so added this card)
Samsung HD501LJ 500gb 7200rpm HDD
LG Blu-Ray HD-DVD DVD rom drive
Case – Silverstone LC13 Black Brushed Aliminium
120mm intake case fan (chassis has been cut to allow larger fan to be fitted, this fan is connected to the motherboard but has no fan speed control, fan is a silent low rpm model)
120mm Exhaust fan/PSU fan (rpm adjustable via windows software, is another very quiet model so I usually leave this at 100%)
120mm GPU/CPU fan (rpm adjustable via windows software, this fan is a much higher rpm model and is loud at full rpm, currently use speedfan software to run the fan at 30% speed unless temperatures climb. Between the intake fan and the exhaust fan pulling air through the cpu cooler, this is hardly ever used in normal operation)
Also comes with:
Logitech Anywhere MX Mouse (not pictured, designed to work on any surface, couch etc)
Logitech Basic Keyboard (not pictured, not really required but connects to the same receiver as the Mouse)
Pulseeight HDMI-CEC to USB receiver (connects inbetween the HDMI cable from the tv to the pc, allows any newer tv remote to control almost any media centre software on the pc, means the one tv remote can control everything as if the pc a part of the tv)
***Txt or Email preferred, I work odd hours so won't usually be able to answer a phone call***
